Úbeda, a beautiful city (34,062 inhabitants) in the south of Spain, is located in the geographical centre of the province of Jaén, Andalusia. It’s situated on the hills of the same name (“los cerros de Úbeda” or “la loma de Úbeda”) and surrounded by an exceptional landscape, formed by the Sierra de Cazorlathe Guadalquivir Valleythe Sierra Mágina and, of course, the extensive olive groves that populate the region. (Throughout the province of Jaén are counted 60 million olive groves)
